Yonkers Warburton Avenue

The firm Stan was a member of partnered with RMS Companies to bring Stratus-on-Hudson to life in Westchester County. Located in Yonkers, New York’s fourth largest city, this six-story apartment building offers stunning views of the Hudson River and Palisades cliffs.

Stratus-on-Hudson features 74 rental homes, including 43 one-bedroom and 31 two-bedroom units, all just steps from the Greystone Metro-North station. Residents enjoy convenient garage parking spanning three below-grade levels, a welcoming first-floor lounge, and a beautifully landscaped roof deck.
