Greenwich Office Campus Renovations

A local developer retained The Monroe Partnership to perform full architectural services for the renovation of three office buildings and associated site work, in the effort to visually and functionally improve the aging property.  The site is very close to the Greenwich Metro-North Railroad Station, so façade improvement and tenant space consolidation was key to attracting future tenants, namely in the financial services sector, whose work requires frequent commute between Connecticut and NYC.

Managing the campus renovation for The Monroe Partnership, Nick developed and executed the architectural designs for both overall façade improvements for each building on the campus, as well as their respective interior renovations.  The exterior of each building had their roof cornices and entrance canopies rebuilt to resemble industrial steel elements, akin to old mill buildings.  Interior common lobbies and bathrooms had finishes replaced, incorporating natural wood trim & thin brick to compliment the modern industrial chic.

The on-site parking and entry plazas were reconfigured, repaved and landscaped to make them more inviting & complimentary to the new building designs. 

New tenants include financial service firms US Bank & Woodson Capital.
