Danbury Retail & Restaurant Building

Nick developed the architectural design & administered the construction of a new 4,000 SF building intended to house both a Chipotle franchise & retail space.  The building was constructed of a primary steel frame with engineered wood exterior walls, with a façade consisting of EIFS, insulated metal panels & large aluminum storefront windows.  Careful planning was conducted in coordination with the building developer & Chipotle’s restaurant architect to incorporate Chipotle’s branding color palettes, desired plumbing & electrical infrastructure & outdoor amenities.
